I LOVE Operacafe! I've been been there several times but never on a Saturday evening. We were serenaded by three great opera singers with beautiful voices. The food is wonderful and the lava cake dessert is to "die" for! Plus they give a free photograph of your party and the option to buy others. Nice way to remember your experience!

Operacaffe is the best Italian restaurant in the Gaslamp. Their food is like homemade because it is. It's family owned/operated and the Mama is the head chef. Last night we had the mushroom ravioli. It was fantastic. And we always get the pear salad. They have a nice wine list.
