Excellent salon near to Civic Center agencies and office. Jackie can fit a trim including shampoo and dry in an hour - very convenient. Good location, easy bookings in advance and always good to call if you need a quick appt. For years OPHD has been my go-to salon and I will keep it even after I retire. Jackie is great, professional, and competent. Highly recommended!
