We made an ICBC claim and got our Lexus bumper replaced at Richmond Autobody in Coquitlam because of good reviews online and it was a Lexus approved body shop near our home. First, in July, they took several days to replace with an after market bumper without telling me until I picked up my vehicle and was unsatisfied with the markings already on the bumper.
