So unprofessional and a waste of time! Like many other reviews on here, I called for an initial consult. The office manager said Dr. Temple does her own phone consultations, scheduled me a date and time. It was during my work hours, so I made sure to find coverage and be available to take the call. I saw Dr. Jami Temple for an assessment. First, she offered a free consultation to set expectations, and ensure the assessment would provide what I was looking for. Throughout, she was kind, thorough, welcoming, and easy to work with. She makes it easy to talk about difficult things, and is great about setting expectations. Dr. Temple is an amazing professional who puts her patients and their needs first. She provides testing and recommendations that go far above and beyond the standard psychoeducational testing and recommendations given by local schools, and is more than willing to take on school districts to ensure her patients have the best possible IEPs. Very disappointing experience. Called and scheduled an initial over the phone consultation with the doctor to discuss having my son tested for autism. Day of the consultation appointment and I received no call. I ended up calling back to explain that I never received a call from the doctor. The receptionist was apologetic and rescheduled another appointment for me. Second appointment day comes around and AGAIN no call from the doctor.
