My wife and I purchased our first camper from Open Roads Complete RV this past weekend. Dylan was such a pleasure to work with, made the entire process painless and we even got an "AWESOME" envelope! We can't wait for our schedule to clear up so we can hit the road and get in some camping this spring and summer. We're very happy with our purchase and when the time comes to upgrade we'll definitely be giving Dylan and the folks at Open Roads RV a call!
Found my used RV with Open Roads in Feb. of 2015. Have used them exclusively for ALL my RV needs since. They are totally trustworthy and their customer service is consistently above and beyond.
We found open roads complete rv on the internet and traveled 250 miles to view a travel trailer they had for sale. Dylan and the entire crew were a pleasure to do business with. Anybody looking for a nice RV of any kind should check them out. Needless to say we took our new trailer home with us!!!

Mark & Ronnie run a professional shop with a style of TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE missing in brand C stores! Mark offered and immediately provided me with a complete UNDER CHASSIS inspection of the used Class A we bought at Store C, who never offers such tech detail (not to me)! OpenRoads work has had ZERO recalls or re-work, in our experience!! I say "wow" almost everytime I talk to Mark Love.
