we bought a one year old camper. there were several things we pointed out to them that needed to be fixed before they delivered it to our campsite at Logan Martin in Alabama. we had them deliver it because our truck wasn't big enough to tow it. we were having it put on a long term lot at the lake. the guy came and dropped it off and took off. after we started looking we noticed that they didn't fix a single thing that was wrong. our kitchen sink was leaking really bad underneath around the pipes. the oven vent fan didn't wor... read more

We purchased a New 2018 Winnebago 27BHSS Minnie Plus from Open Roads in March 2018. We were very excited to start using our new camper. We enjoyed it so much for the first 8 months and then started noticing some issues with the slide. We were at our favorite campground on the beach, Henderson Beach State Park. I don’t know. Maybe it’s just me. But that’s the last time I deal with these people. Stupid me bought into their smoke and gave them a second chance. Brand new Elkridge 37RK and it broke already. Called and no response. I’ll find another Heartland dealer and work with them. Sure as hell cant be any worse

My sweet sweet sweet Ryan, he was an absolute pleasure and delight to work with. He answered all of mine and my friends questions. He was willing to work with us on all of our camper needs! We found the Winnebago camper we were looking for online. We reached out and heard from Ryan immediately. He answered all our question. We had to travel 8 hours, but the pre-planning they did with us ahead of time made the process easy peasy. We recently sold a smaller Winnebago, but the service team still spent more time with us than our original dealer close to home did when we purchased our first unit. John and I bought our Thor Quantum (affectionately called "Q") a few months ago. We started up at Open Roads RV after church one Sunday. Both Ryan and Glenn were very helpful and accomodating. Ryan followed up with us patiently while we checked other RV sellers. Needless to say, we returned and the deal was just right. We could not be happier.
