We are currently in the process talking to a lawyer strictly based on the principle of this company lying about work getting done as well as installing faulty equipment and not returning calls after the job was paid for. We hired them to install an AC unit and thermostat on 1 camper. Thermostat was broken. Easy fix however they would not call back. It had to be corrected by another company. Issue 2. Very disappointing. Took 5 days from call to first visit, diagnosis only. 4 more days to get part. 4 more days to arrive and notice it is wrong part. 4 more days to get new part, waited 3 more days to determine if this part was correct, then finally get it installed. Each time I had to prod them because there was no communication to me. Problem finally solved. Fair price.
Greg did a fantastic job. Very thorough with great explanation of problem, solution and cost. I would highly recommend Greg and Open Road for any RV repair needed.
