Highly recommend them. Kyle was great at replacing my hot water heater with the same model. Thanks for getting me up and running again.
Some may say a little pricey. Some may say wait time is long. Both of which are true. But they do good work and when it comes down to it you want the job done right.

They came out to do an opening . He said water heater was working, it wasn’t. (he said he checked and was working) Came back out and after charging me $815 all he did was install a new circuit board that costs $115 retail- he charged me $350! Should have took all but 30 min to install but took him “3 hours” to figure out what was wrong. Fixed a toilet valve that i pre purchased with them that he installed , again, should have been shorter install. I did not approve the cost of circuit board but he had already installed. Highly recommend calling Open Road! Our furnace went out and we used our extended warranty. They got us heat in under a week. Greg explained everything throughly and the office staff was a pleasure to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way.
