Very disappointing. Took 5 days from call to first visit, diagnosis only. 4 more days to get part. 4 more days to arrive and notice it is wrong part. 4 more days to get new part, waited 3 more days to determine if this part was correct, then finally get it installed. Each time I had to prod them because there was no communication to me. Problem finally solved. Fair price.
Greg did a fantastic job. Very thorough with great explanation of problem, solution and cost. I would highly recommend Greg and Open Road for any RV repair needed.
Greg was through and very knowledgeable. Was able to get our heater back up and running within the week. Office staff was very easy to ask questions and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!
