Highly recommend them. Office staff was great to deal with and they did a great job fixing my water leak and installing better valves than what the factory installed. Thanks for getting me up and running again.
They came out to do an opening . He said water heater was working, it wasn’t. (he said he checked and was working) Came back out and after charging me $815 all he did was install a new circuit board that costs $115 retail- he charged me $350! Should have took all but 30 min to install but took him “3 hours” to figure out what was wrong. Fixed a toilet valve that i pre purchased with them that he installed , again, should have been shorter install. I did not approve the cost of circuit board but he had already installed. Highly recommend calling Open Road! Our furnace went out and we used our extended warranty. They got us heat in under a week. Greg explained everything throughly and the office staff was a pleasure to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way.

Greg was great! He is knowledgeable and will take the time to explain things to you. We were unable to move our camper as well due to our slide out being stuck out, them being mobile made a world of difference and made the process easier on me as a RV owner.
