After further review I retract my previous review due to the UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THE SERVICE MANAGER, I went for an oil change and it went to a tire valve then a tire sensor then to being spoken to in a manner I did not like nor appreciate, which now will cause me to take my business elsewhere.
Alex from Open Road was amazing and extremely helpful in getting a Cadillac iQ, extremely responsive- please ask for him.
