I have been to Open Road Cadillac many times before the pandemic and after. For some reason, there is a high turn over of service advisors. Not quite sure why. I have found most of them capable, friendly and courteous. The latest service advisor. Chris, was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, very accommodating and very courteous. Purchased a car there with my mother and everybody there was just wonderful. Even though we had a few bumps in the road danny the sales manager Taddeo our salesperson and Chris the service manager we're all great and helped us along the way. Definitely will look into buying our next car there I would recommend the experience Patrick the gentleman who delivered my car was great. Communicated and was very prompt
The service staff friendly, always professional and go out of their way to help and provide a loaner car or shuttle service when needed to lessen any inconvenience of not having my car when serviced.
I’ve purchased or leased three cars from Open Road, and the experience has consistently been excellent—especially with the service team. Christian is fantastic—he always makes sure I get an appointment when I need one and goes the extra mile to arrange a loaner. In fact, he once set me up with an XT6, and we liked it so much that we ended up leasing one ourselves.
