I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. The first Cadillac I purchased had so many issues that I had to exchange it for another vehicle. Unfortunately, the replacement has also been extremely unreliable and spends more time at the dealership being serviced than I am able to drive it. Tried to buy a car using a Capital One preapproval. Got an agreement on the price and terms. After speaking to the finance guy, John, he wanted to run my credit to multiple lenders instead of using the preapproval with Capital One. After getting it in writing that they would only use my preapproval, the application was sent. Two hours later, John called to say he got a deposit for that same car from another buyer… Clearly, he just wanted to put me on his own financing to make additional money on the loan.
