Starting from my text interaction with Sales Manager Al, who setup an appointment for a test drive, to the sale itself with Alex Kasper, the whole process was smooth, easy and Al and Alex were both super helpful and friendly. This dealership is a complete disgrace. I bought a brand-new 2025 Cadillac XT6 just three months ago, and the transmission has already failed. The car has now been stuck at their shop for FOUR DAYS, and they still refuse to give me a rental. Their excuse? That they “need approval.” That’s a joke. In four days, they never once bothered to get any approval or do anything to actually help. Disgraceful and disrespectful. Taking advantage. Selling faulty cars. They need to give car rental when a brand new car was bought from them and has a transmission issue , 3 months later. Avoid at all cost
