Open Road Automotive & Tire provided 'Excellent' vehicle sevice with feedback to customer on vehicle condition and status. Fair and competitive pricing for work accomplished. Also identified future vehicle services required and mechanical repairs needed to drive and maintain a safe operating vehicle. We (my wife and I) have all three of our vehicles serviced at Open Road Automotive & Tire and will continue to do so on into the future (as long as we have and drive our three vehicles). The folks there are helpful, professional and informative. They assisted me with my car, and explained all of their recommendations clearly. Affordable service.
Tony put my truck up on a lift then actually showed me what needs to be done. Adrian put together a no bs estimate and now all we have to do is wait for some parts to come in that aren't readily available locally and get it done. Try these guys, they'll shoot you straight.
The entire team is focused on providing excellent service. I have brought in a vehicle with a problem that the dealership could not figure out - no engine code available - and these guys worked through the possibilities and repaired it. Love this place. They are honest and professional.
