- Sep 19- went to open road Acura to get my car serviced. Steve Fasullo was very professional and courteous explained to me in detail what they were doing and approximately how long will it take to get serviced. Thumbs up I don’t typically write reviews, but customer experience at Open Road Acura exceeded my expectations Antonella and Stephen took care of me with a new Rdx Aspec within my budget range.
