Svein Groem is the best of the best. Sometimes we misunderstand situations. And things aren’t as they appear. Svein is one who you can rely on. I speak from experience. Even if it was one I didn’t fully comprehend at first.
There is a man named Svein Groem who works here and he associates with some really bad people who are in the business of defrauding low income people. I believe this is in an effort to disguise a non profit organization as being in good standing when in fact it is operating on a for profit goal. But communicates via text to show otherwise. I wouldn’t trust buying steam off a hotdog from this man let alone a home. Just be careful.
Jim and Shannon are hands down the best realtors in Colorado. They helped us find an absolutely PERFECT home in the mountains and couldn't have been more patient with us as it was our first time buying a home.
