My whole experience with Open & Shut has been great from first contact to installation they were polite and knowledgeable of the product. We’re very pleased with the product.
Very friendly, reasonably priced and great quality. Have used Open n shut twice now for rollershutter and security screen door.
Bob came out and fixed our shutter that had a snapped cable, fixed it in under half hr and was friendly.
I would not recommend Open N Shut because: 1. The housing of my roller shutters purchased from Open N Shut RUSTED within the warranty period. 2. Open and Shut refused to fix this under warranty without charge. 3. I enlisted the help of Consumer and Business Service to help negotiate a solution. Consumer and Business Services advised me that Open N Shut stopped responding to their emails and phone calls. 4.
