Open house has been wonderful to work with. When we applied and on boarded, they were very communicative and made the process very fluid. We have been here two years without any issue. My husband and I have had some life circumstances that Open house has worked with us to be able to best accommodate. Nicole, Shayla, and Carolina have been great and we appreciate all that they have done for us.
Just a reminder you’re supposed to actually stop at stop signs. I don’t understand why people drive like this with your business name on the vehicle? It’s not a good look for you. I surely will never use your services.
Horrible to their tenants. We submitted a service request because our shower was peeling…because they had painted the pre fabricated installed shower to make it look cleaner and white. They sent out their contractor who did not speak English nor try to communicate with us on how he was fixing it. He started spray painting it which got all over our items in our bathroom. Electric toothbrushes, all my makeup items, my dresser, vanity mirror, all covered! Including our window screen he used to try to vent out all the fumes. We ... read more
