Specialties Here at the "Open Flame". We serve only the finest fish available, all of our steaks and chops are custom cut, by us, to ensure quality. Chicken, ribs and pork are slow roasted in our wood-burning rotisserie ovens, exposed in the dining room. Burgers are USDA steak, hand-packed in house. Large menu, good prices, high quality and they obviously care about presentation also. Bigger inside than it looks and a very nice patio. Don't know why we were surprised but I guess because it's not the typical "greek restaurant" it may appear to be in passing.
