Kathryn was very thorough, attentive, reassuring, understanding and accommodating. Twas also very genial and down-to-earth, making the experience easy and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy, as was the transition from the waiting room through obtaining/ascertaining the preliminaries for my visit.
