Great services im very happy with the care in the place
The pharmacy will charge you and give you the wrong medication. Then they won’t refund or apply a credit. The pharmacy( the older white guy) has no compassion and quite frankly is a jerk. I would call and he would hang up on me. I switched back to my old pharmacy after only being at the Open Door Pharmacy for less than 30 days. Do better and treat people better. I was directed to contact patient advocate, left a message. I have yet to hear back.
Will never return. The dentist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I gag when I am at the dentist. He got nasty with me because my tongue got in his way while trying to numb my mouth to pull a tooth. He got nasty again when my head jerked while he pulling my tooth.
