I had a tooth infection that wouldn't go away. I used the emergency walk in and the staff was so friendly. The dentist told me what I needed to do and made sure I was okay with it all. Both the dentist and her assistant talked respectfully to me and that made me feel comfortable since I have bad anxiety with dentist's. UPDATED. I had to go back for another tooth infection. All the staff there was so caring and listened to me. The dentist was very nice and made sure I knew what to do next if the infection wasnt better!
Great services im very happy with the care in the place
The pharmacy will charge you and give you the wrong medication. Then they won’t refund or apply a credit. The pharmacy( the older white guy) has no compassion and quite frankly is a jerk. I would call and he would hang up on me. I switched back to my old pharmacy after only being at the Open Door Pharmacy for less than 30 days. Do better and treat people better. I was directed to contact patient advocate, left a message. I have yet to hear back.
