I just moved here not even a month ago and was denied because I had an out of state license. I had got in this bar already twice before so funny that all of a sudden I'm denied because if it was a fake ID they would be screwed. So apparently if you are just visiting or just moved here or for whatever reason have an out of state license you will not be allowed in. No bars in the area are supposed to accept an out of state ID card. We require a drivers license, passport, or California ID card. The alcohol beverage control makes this rule, not the bar. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you try us again with proper identification.
Friendly and welcoming. Unpretentious but doesn't suffer Fools easily. Act like a Jackass and discover rhe reality of... Pissing off the Bartender, can be a Sobering experience. As it should be !.

I love the bar! Jack is a great guy! Earlier post talks about dishonesty. Could have also been an honest mistake at a busy bar! I loved stopping in there! Look forward to seeing Jack again! LOL
