Very disappointed with this property agent. The attitude was poor, and some important issues about the house were not mentioned before signing the agreement. When problems came up, the agent was not helpful and did not take responsibility to resolve them. Not recommended.

Very terrible agency to deal with. ‼️DO NOT RENT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM‼️ We have dealt with many property agents before, but this is by far the most unreasonable experience we’ve had. Attempting to claim the cost of remote control batteries at the end of a tenancy is excessive and petty. Using trivial items as grounds to withhold a tenant’s bond reflects poorly on the agency’s professionalism and integrity. Extremely disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. The master bedroom had a strong cat urine smell when I moved in, which could not be removed despite repeated cleaning. I reported it immediately, but no action was taken and repairs were delayed for nearly a month. I had to escalate the matter to NCAT. Even after orders were made, the process was slow and stressful. The property later developed a water leakage issue as well. Poor maintenance and slow response. Would not recommend.

완전 사기 수준입니다. 입주할 때 일부러 문제를 잘 보이지 않게 사진을 찍어 놓고, 퇴거 시 문제가 있던 부분은 최대한 잘 보이게 찍어서 테넌트에게 과실을 떠넘깁니다. 입주 당시 사진에 찍히지 않은 부분에 대해 물으면 “우리는 그렇게 farcy 하지 않다, 걱정하지 말라”면서 안심시켜 놓고, 결국 퇴거할 때는 모든 과실을 테넌트에게 돌리며 디파짓을 뜯어갑니다. 이미 문제를 지적했음에도 아무 조치 없이 시간을 끌다가, NCAT까지 가서야 겨우 해결되었습니다. 사소한 흠집과 먼지까지 부풀려 책임을 떠넘기려 했고, 연체 통지 같은 황당한 행정도 계속 보내왔습니다. 완전히 신뢰할 수 없는 부동산입니다. 천안문 사태, 홍콩,대만, 위구르 신장 독립을 지지합니다. 이 업체와 일하는 순간, 당신의 시간과 돈, 스트레스가 모두 빨려 들어간다고 생각하세요. 서류와 사진 없이는 절대 권리를 지킬 수 없습니다. 다시는 이용하지 않을 것이고, 절대 추천하지 않습니다.
