I drive over 25 minutes to come here. I've had multiple exams done here and recently they've started giving you a rose when you finish your exam. The staff is efficient and they make every attempt to keep things on time.
I just finished my MRI of my lower back at Advantage MRI and before leaving the parking lot wanted to post a review. I’ve personally worked in the medical field for thirty-three years and am truly impressed by my overall experience here. The ladies at check-in were kind and helpful, Chris, my MRI tech was informative and patient with my questions. My appt was on-time and I have to say it was worth the drive for me to come here. One of the best places to get an MRI. I'd give it 5 stars, but Garden Grove MRI is the best. Anyway, here you have your choice of music genre and a nice current of air blowing gently on your face (it gets hot in there!). Workers are pretty on it, too.
This was a remarkably positive experience from start to finish, and stood out in contrast to many healthcare providers I have gone to in OC, particularly with regards to the receptionists. Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The receptionist worked effortlessly with me to schedule the time that was best for me beforehand, then answered all my questions and even helped me when I got stuck with one part of the paperwork.
