UDATED REVIEW FOR NEW OWNERSHIP! Carts were rarely available and when they were they were barely steerable. New owners required insurance. I have never stored anywhere that REQUIRED insurance. It was always buy your own (whether they sold it or not) or store at your own risk. I was not warned about change of ownership and I was not warned that in the change of ownership that I would be forced to either pay them an additional $13 a month, find insurance elsewhere, or move out. The storage unit is great. Secure and climate controlled and clean. And the whole experience getting set up was great! Catt helped us out over the phone and she was WONDERFUL and so helpful!
Cat was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!!
