The facility itself is okay. Not happy with the fact that they have raised our prices twice a year, every year since we started renting. We are now paying well over what we started at for the same space. Seems like a scam because surely their "insurance" doesnt raise this much twice a year. Also, not happy that I can no longer call and get an actual person. You call and get a virtual assistant who says they will call you can when a rep is available.
