Monday was the first time in probably 10 years I played basketball without pain. The staff is amazing. Every time I walk in the door the staff is always happy to see me. I've never waited more than a few minutes for my appointments. Dr Johnson is great at explaining everything to me so I know how and why he is doing what he is doing. I love Dr. Opdahl and his staff! They are so caring and the adjustments have restored a lot of my range of motion that I have been without for so many years. I know exercise is good for you but when it hurts just to move, you tend to not do it! I am looking forward to even more improvement as the weeks go on....and then I really will be able to exercise and be healthier over-all.
