The 5 star reviews are accurate in my opinion. We are fairly new to the area and our kids had a well established trust with our previous pediatric dentist. We tried two prior to going to OPD Smiles and both left our littlest one frightened and crying and broke the trust of our little one with Down Syndrome. She started Dr. Russel the beginning of the year when she was 5. and amazingly they were patient with her and allowed me to show them how I brush her teeth at home. My grandson is a late teether so we brought him in to find out if we should be concerned. Not only was the office staff super sweet, thoughtful, and comforting with my 20 month old, Dr. Russell was thorough and very reassuring. I would highly recommend this office!

I have been bringing my daughter here for a few months and we love Dr Mike and his staff and today was her first visit with Dr Russell and he is just as awesome. One of the best experiences we have ever had, the ease of scheduling to the actual visit itself everything was fantastic and truly I am not a reviewer.(I am a review reader so this means alot) My son had a double consultation with both physicians.They are exceptional in professionalism and still being very personable. I’d highly recommend this dental practice Staff are incredibly welcoming, both dentists are very knowledgable They were so reassuring My very nervous 8yr old had to have a tooth removed but it was handled so calmly he didn’t actually realise they’d removed it Waiting room really adds to the experience and meant the kids were happy to head there No pushiness at all in regards to treatment which was very refreshing Thank you so much

From the front desk to the dentist and orthodontist these guys are amazing! You are greeted with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in. Not to mention the chalkboard with your child’s name on it to welcome them. (My son really liked that) There are a number of activities for the kids while they’re waiting for their appt. video games, tv and books, just to name a few. Our appointment was nothing short of incredible! My daughter, Harper, is easy going so I knew she’d be ok, but didn’t think she’d be ready for everything! She got a whole cleaning with all the tools and was SO excited to show everyone her teeth for the whole rest of the day! My son, Jameson, on the other hand — I thought he’d scream through the whole thing, but nope! He did awesome!!
