I had Dr Thaker years ago and the same thing happened to me, and I have read multiple posts about the office staff and the same thing with the refills. I can't believe in over 12 years it's still happening and she does nothing about it. Amazing that office took over when my primary retired. I really can't believe it's still happening.
Opal is THE best! She gets 5 stars. Can’t speak for her FD staff. Inconsiderate & rude. Not on time but expect you to wait on them.

I am no longer a patient of Dr. Thakar due to the office staff and the call center (located in another country). Every time I try to refill a prescription, I was constantly lied to by the staff telling me it has been refilled, multiple times. I go to the pharmacy to pick it up and they have no records of the refill. My last visit I tried to get a physical performed and they told me that I must see the doctor prior to getting an appointment but was told there was no co-pay.
