Although I love Dr Thaker and most of her staff. I just experienced the longest call ever. I do understand that she has a full schedule and it is hard to get an on demand appointment with her, I asked the scheduler Katherine if I could see one of the associates to have some important paper work filled out after being put on hold several times after everytime she asked a question I finally got an appointment after being on and off hold for 30min. Dr. Opal Thakar is an attentive and highly knowledgeable physician. She truly listens to her patients, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and shows genuine care and professionalism. Her expertise and compassionate approach make me feel confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled doctor.
I had Dr Thaker years ago and the same thing happened to me, and I have read multiple posts about the office staff and the same thing with the refills. I can't believe in over 12 years it's still happening and she does nothing about it. Amazing that office took over when my primary retired. I really can't believe it's still happening.
Opal is THE best! She gets 5 stars. Can’t speak for her FD staff. Inconsiderate & rude. Not on time but expect you to wait on them.
