facility and location are nice. Staff is also nice. Unfortunately they never give you a call back to let you know about your brace order. went to the location same day of my orthopedic appointment was told I’ll be cold when the Braces are ready never received a call back reached out to my orthopedic office to contact the location in regards to possible modifications. Amazing service and treatment I got a referral from the doctor I went to them and they were so friendly and helpful !!! Great staff !!!
Poor service and billing dept. Charged extra for brace and didn't want to refund the money. Asked over the phone and after a week, still wasn't processed. I dont recommend this facility or practice. Donna is lazy and doesn't want to work.
We are parents to a clubfoot toddler and have been coming here for the past year. We recently moved from Canada. In Canada, they used Markell Boots, and we are accustomed to using them for the past two years. Here, on the other hand, most clubfoot babies/toddlers use The Mitchell Boots.
