Amazing service and treatment I got a referral from the doctor I went to them and they were so friendly and helpful !!! Great staff !!!
Poor service and billing dept. Charged extra for brace and didn't want to refund the money. Asked over the phone and after a week, still wasn't processed. I dont recommend this facility or practice. Donna is lazy and doesn't want to work.
We are parents to a clubfoot toddler and have been coming here for the past year. We recently moved from Canada. In Canada, they used Markell Boots, and we are accustomed to using them for the past two years. Here, on the other hand, most clubfoot babies/toddlers use The Mitchell Boots. Great experience here!! We always work with John and a young woman, im sorry I forgot her name. My son goes here to get UFO's because he is a tiptoe walker. John and her are always so sweet and thorough with explaining everything. John always answers our questions, and what's great to is that our appointment never feels rushed! The new location looks good and is modern. Only thing our first time going we had difficulty finding the actual office.
