The crew did a great job installing carpet on a complicated stairway (curved with wrap around each spindle and tread). I really appreciate the extra care they took. Rod and Cheryl did a great job communicating with us and the price and quality were excellent.
Shout out to OP Flooring! Both Rod and Cheryl took such great care of me! They were sensitive to my timelines and worked around my schedule. Their communication was great and their helpers were great! I recommend them all day everyday!

We kept on changing the colors of our floors and Rod and Sheryl were so patience with us until we got the perfect natural look flooring color. We had our stairs done too and it looks amazing. Rod and Sheryl were so wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I while we tried to find the perfect carpet. With their help and insight we made a decision. Installation was timely, and the installer was very nice. We felt that everyone we worked with was trustworthy and really had our best interest at heart. We absolutely love our new carpet.
