Their food is delicious.. Raw product is fresh, such as salmon from Alaska, Chimahoke fish from Baring Sea... Their service is good.. The only thing which I don't like in Ootoya is to wait a long line....
food is always very good,but service and management is not so good. manager is not actig like .profecional. l am talking about restaurant at university place on last saturday. lunch,and he knous exsactory what l am talking about..... l had a bad day all day saturday, because how lyou tread me!!!!!!!
My first time here tonight. Sashimi and the pork katsu are so good. I'm going back very soon!
