I understand I may have called to close to Christmas for a delivery but your customer service completely sucks and you are so rude I will Never Ever consider your place of business in the future !! All be aware !!
Poor customer service. Didn't deliver when they said they would. Had to pick up the flowers from the florist. When entering the store, the employees didn't ask if they could help me. They just kept on talking to each other. Finally a young girl offered assistance after seeing that the two other employees, who were chatting, weren't going to help. Would not recommend this florist to anyone. L B J
