RecommendedOmg I love this place I don’t know how anyone can talk bad about this place. The owner is so sweet and people should not let their kids get their own things it is unsanitary for them to touch the food.
I have been a customer to Oodles since it has opened. The owner Ashley is always pleasant and greets all customers with a great smile.. I like paying for what I take. Everybody needs to calm down and watch their children around toppings area and not get upset when something is said to parents about their children eating toppings. Common sense keep eye on your children at all times. I've seen parents get mad because the owner has to say something then parents put bad review because they have not watched their own children.
We love Oodles! Great place, super friendly staff—nothing but love!!

It’s always the moms/parents that don’t keep an eye on their children sticking their hands into & eating the toppings before weighing and paying, which (violating safe serve food & safety guidelines dictated to require our license to serve to the public) that feel I’m rude. Most appreciate our cleanliness we adhere to!
We use oodles frozen yogurt for after school get-togethers with my grandkids and my daughters… We enjoy being able to make our own creative yogurt cups… The kids love it
This is the first and only place we go for our boba tea. Though we had a small misunderstanding with a staff member, once, it was resolved immediately and did not detour us from frequenting weekly! A very clean establishment and delicious product. The owner is super sweet and cares alot about her business...and it shows. Glad we tried here first!
Lady was very nice when I came in, came in to get my dole whip fix and it was amazing.... Will come again :)

If I could give this place no stars I would. I had the worst experience with the owner. She is very rude and mean. My son tripped and spilt his ice cream and I told her immediately that way she could put a sign up and no one tripped. I cleaned up ALL the spilt ice cream she had to clean NOTHING. I put the spilt ice cream container (with remander of the spilt ice cream in it) and the new ice cream and my own on scale. She said we needed to weigh the spilt ice cream first because she wasn’t going to make me pay for it THIS tim... read more
