Attended here today, the wait times weren’t too bad, the nurse was very sweet and the doctor (although rushed - but to be expected) was gentle, friendly and helpful. However, as the other comments indicated, the receptionists are just plain rude. I get that people can have a bad day but judging from the amount of comments that attest to the same thing, it may just be the way she is! No eye contact, barks demands at you, and treats you like a nuisance… what a shame to the entire clinic!
Arrived at the clinic for 6 pm & was 4th in line. Reception was friendly. Did not wait long at all to see the doctor. Very nice doctor. Prescribed antibiotics, only waited 5 minutes for prescription.
The doctor was very ignorant about autism and how autistic people function which means he completely ignored me and took my behavior that is normal for me, as odd and strange, which caused me more trauma and fear of males. Don't go to this place if you have a disability unless you have someone to advocate for you, cause they will set you off by ignoring what your saying and take your normal behavior like stimming as a reason to call police when you are just try to regulate and your not hurting anyone or yourself. would advise against going here as a woman, as i was examined way too long for a feminine issue and was pretty much groped.
Just SHUT this place down already. What a ridiculous place to even have to come for "care". Make an appointment - rude receptionist. Go in person as "walk-in", even more rude. Fire these women already - okay, not the sweet lady with the tats :) - This is a medical place. They should be nice, pleasant and helpful, not act like you should be bowing down to kiss their feet like they're doing YOU a favour to do THEIR actual job.
