Just SHUT this place down already. What a ridiculous place to even have to come for "care". Make an appointment - rude receptionist. Go in person as "walk-in", even more rude. Fire these women already - okay, not the sweet lady with the tats :) - This is a medical place. They should be nice, pleasant and helpful, not act like you should be bowing down to kiss their feet like they're doing YOU a favour to do THEIR actual job. extremely thorough, extremely quick, and extremely helpful. I am honestly impressed. I have never had a doctor that really heard me and took action quickly. Would recommend this doctor and clinic to everyone!
Not sure why the rating is soo low, the few times I’ve been here I was attended to pretty quickly and the staff are all nice.
I went to this walk-in clinic on a Monday with my 3-year-old son who had a severe nosebleed. We arrived around 8:30 PM, well within their posted walk-in hours (6 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Friday). I told the receptionist it was an emergency, but she simply said, “You have to go to the ER.” When I reminded her that it was still within working hours and the clinic wasn’t even busy, she said they don’t take new patients this late. How and why can someone be so rude, I had to visit this clinic a few times and seems like something really wrong with the people at reception. It almost looks like shouting at the airport security and definitely not a clinic.
