March 27, 2025 I had an absolutely terrible experience at Onyx urgent care located on Lancaster. I booked three appointments over the phone well over a week in advance, specifically to ensure my children received their immunizations and wouldn’t be suspended from school. I was assured they would check their stock before I made the long journey. Beaware of Receptionist!!!!! The receptionist who is a TALL FAIR LADY is very rude and not at all soft spoken. If a person is first time time visiting the clinic he might not be aware about the rules. After consultation i went to the receptionist and she was barking towards me and saying go away from reception . To be frank i have no idea what need to be done after the consultation and she should have said that in manners . I highly recommend not to visit this place. Rude receptionist, Doctor Michael Kam is nice though.
This place only cares about making money and treats patients like they are an item on an assembly line at a factory. After waiting 2 hours the doctor only saw me for approximately 30 seconds. Wouldn't let me get a word in. I have been sick and getting worse for 7 days. But he refused to write me any medication other than a nasal spray which I said I already had and was using it. My 6 year old daughter had a very high fever, We came all the way from cambridge to this clinic at 8pm and they refuse us saying that they cannot take us as they want to close at 9pm.
