Be aware of the receptionist. My experience at this clinic was disappointing. The receptionist, a tall fair lady, was rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke to patients. As a first-time visitor, I was unfamiliar with the clinic’s procedures. After my consultation, I approached the reception desk to ask what I needed to do next. I had an UNPLEASANT experience today after buying prenatal vitamins at the Pharmacy. I sat near the exit door while waiting for my Uber when THIS CLINIC receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I was just waiting for my ride. She then said they were closing, even though it was only 2:20 PM. Later, I overheard her telling a coworker that I could just wait outside instead. I came here when my son needed stitches. The receptionist was very efficient, the nurse was friendly, and the doctor did exactly what was needed. I know the reviews for this place aren’t great, but I’m sure many people have good experiences and simply don’t take a moment to leave a positive review. We had a good experience and I’m grateful for the care my son received. The hours here are also much better on a Sunday than any other walk in clinic. I am grateful, thank you.

Went to the clinic to treat a dog bite wound on my finger, the doctor did not even bother to check my finger, only check that I am vaccinated for tetanus and that I was already taking antibiotics, told me it should be fine but if it gets worse to go to the emergency, well it was very infected and it got worse, maybe if he took his time and took a look at my finger and properly treat it, the infection wouldnt get so bad. It was the easiest way I had ever seen a doctor to make money of patients.
