Dwight made selling my home way less stressful than I expected. He was honest, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond. I never felt pressured or in the dark about anything. He really looked out for me through the whole process, and I’m super thankful I had him as my realtor!
Only dealt with this firm as the buyer but can say the realtor used on the seller side was completely unethical. While touring the home for the first time we noted what appeared to be water damage in the kitchen. When we asked about it in the presence of the agent, the seller lied about it and the agent never revealed that there was severe water damage under all of the kitchen cabinets.
