Alex was great. He came the following morning from my request and replaced my water heater, he was done with the repair and replacement within a few hours. He cleaned everything up and made sure it was in working condition prior to leaving! I'd love to have Alex back for any plumbing issues we have on property! Thanks again Alex!!!

These people do not have souls. They do not care about anyone that lives in their properties or that they disturb the neighborhood around them. I’ve called this place so many times trying to talk to someone about all the construction they are doing on multiple properties they manage. Doesn’t matter what time of day you call they do not answer. They are nothing but slumlords who treat their tenants like garbage. They lie, are not transparent about anything that’s going on.
