I had a plumbing problem and contacted ONYX to get someone to come out and fix it for me. After I placed the request, I got an immediate response from ONYX and set up an appointment for the next morning. The plumber arrived on time, very nice guy. I showed him the shower head that was not working in the bathroom. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Cynthia has been very welcoming ever since I moved to the area. The other residents also seem to like her a lot she is always smiling while doing her job and just always going above and beyond.
