Our agent Jacqueline was a no show to our scheduled appointment and we received absolutely NO communication until I called the number on the sign outside of the property to which someone tried to reach her and was not able to reach her. My family and I just wasted our time, and the area was not worth the price of the property. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know due to the lack of professionalism and communication.
I had a blind problem and the worker who came out Fernando B. Was awesome got the blinds fixed fast . Thanks for your help.
Luis was very kind and knowledgeable about why my refrigerator and food and milk was frozen, I appreciated his work. Thank you Luis.
Thanks to Jason and Vanessa for the quick response for replacing our microwave oven that took a dump . I said it once and I’ll say it again Onyx property is a well oiled machine
