Mark was incredibly patient with my 8 year old. She really wanted to get her ears pierced, but was extremely nervous and anxious. He waited and gave her A LOT of time. An hour after the piercing she said they did not hurt, and she loves her new earrings. Thank you for a great experience.
Knowing I didn't want to take my 8 y/o to the mall and have her ears pierced at one of those stores - with one of those guns (gross), I called a few tattoo parlors as well as my daughter's doctor's office. I visited Onyx to get my navel piercing. Matt and Mark are awesome! Very professional and courteous. I was very nervous going in, but Matt was super friendly and really made me feel welcome. Great shop and very clean. I Highly recommend Onyx, and I will definitely go see them again!!
