I'm giving this management group, one star because I cant give them less, they double charged me rent and when I approached them they were not going to give me a refund, until I finally protested. The complex they manage is poorly lit like a set from a murder movie, the laundry room only has 2 washers for the 19 apartments on the first floor, and that has caused contention between the residence so much that laundry has been messed with and tampered with, when told they do nothing but post notes, the parking is horrible, and ... read more
Trying to view apartment. Can't figure out how to get thru to someone. Just lost .99 Trying to set up account. Looking at reviews, guess I won't bother.
Refuses to help tenants with any issue they might be having. Answer to problems is always "we have found that (insert solution to problem here) has not been successful in the past and so you're screwed."
This is a horrible company to rent from. Found mold on my walk through and when asked about it they said it was not mold. Mold grew and we moved out. Made me pay Break Lease Fee even after the reason why we moved is because of the mold. We have a 3 month old baby and we were not going to stay ion a mold infested place. A neighbor that also had mold got told that if they didn't like it to move.
Onyxpdx is a horrible management group. On website says everything that is included with moving into apartments, its fales advertisement. Manager is very rude, they never did a walk through, lost my sheet that had prior damages apon moving in. Black mold in apartment, piping spits out black water when filling the tub. Security cameras don't work. Drug dealers in parking lot all hours of the night. Dont move to ford st. Apartments.
