June 26 th 2019 ...They are a "dropshipper" with broken processes! I ordered my part and paid for "overnite" delivery based on the promise that they had the item in stock (which they checked they did) and and wasted the next day waiting for item only to find out ONYX enterprises/Camper ID did not ship the item! The on top of that I get the run around from their rude employees, purposely over talking the customer(me) then constantly asking me to repeat the question over and over again.Silly tactic, this is done by design ... read more
Ordered a bug shield from them several weeks ago for a vehicle we are repairing. Open the box and the box is empty.I will never order anything from this company again.
Very good service and fast shipping. Although I had a payment issue with the Paypal, They solved it as quickly as and the part was delivered after two days later.Amazing service.
Terrible service. Each time I called it was a 15 to 45 min. wait while they checked on whatever they're checking on (I'm never sure). All I know is I have ordered headlight bulbs three times because they keep sending the wrong ones. I have paid a shop twice to remove my bumper cover so they can install the bulbs and each time they would not fit. After paying for each set ($221.00 per set) I am now waiting for my third set to arrive while I return each wrong set to get my money back. There must be an easier way for these guy... read more
I, recently, ordered, #27259125, an Led kit for our 2005 Hyundai Tucson. No where on the Web Site or in the package I received did it mention that the Led Driver Unit and some cabling needs to be outside the Headlight Assembly. After looking at this and not seeing a way for this to happen I contacted your Help Chat Line and was told that the Driver Module needs to be on the exterior of the assembly. You cannot get them on the phone after you give them your money. I just lost $436 to what I consider internet fraud.
