Onyx doing business as BoatID. After I requested expedited overnight service on an URGENTLY needed water pump, their personable sales rep convinced me my pump would arrive in two days. Ultimately, the pump arrived eight days later. Of course, I texted and phoned, was promised a callback from a supervisor, which never came. Waited a year for a refund on the wrong wheel they sent me. Called several times, I am currently on HOLD again. I give up! Nothing but the run around! Avoid these people at ALL COST! The worst!!! Vlademir Ananevich was the salesperson.

If you had an option for no stars i would have picked that. This company is a scam. If they screw up you order, which after reading reviews happens all the time ie. doubling your order so they can charge you twice.... You have to wait 45 mins in their phone queue....in my case after that amount of time the rep said she could not hear me and she would call me right back after she hung up.....didn't happen. Worst company I've ever encountered. Bought side window deflectors that did not fit. Tried to return and they had me jumping through hoops for over half an hour. Wanted me to take a video of the product among other things to delay the refund. Wound up going through my credit card.

They sent a rim that I didn't ask for not once but twice, and the 2nd one went to a distant location that I live in nor asked for to be sent to. They don't understand, nor do they want to, and they interrupt and talk over you loudly all to often. Their return process takes weeks. Plus, they lie. But they have good hours.

Ordered a Turbo Cooling Hose for an '06 VW Jetta TDI. Description said it was guaranteed to fit the car, and upon receiving it it's a totally different shape and size than the one on the car. There's no way this part would ever fit anywhere on this Jetta. Now I've been waiting for someone to answer the phone for 15 minutes and based on the rest of the reviews I've been reading I highly doubt that anyone is going to pick up.

This company is a total scam. I ordered mud flaps for my truck, front and back. I got two pair for the back and none for the front. They want me to send a picture of the mud flaps before they'll take them back.

We ordered molded carpet for our 1957 Cadillac. What a joke ! Carpet was a cheap rag and did not come close to fitting. Don't waste your time and money. PURE RIP OFF!
