Onyx had her computer for a screen replacement (no other issues upon dropping it off) for more than three weeks. They called while working on it to ask for her password to run diagnostics after replacing the screen. Then somehow, the screen stopped working. This company charged me for a logic board that they did not receive and ended up swapping it out with a used logic board giving them master user access to my computer for over two years with me as an admin. I did not have access to my own Files on my Computer and only could perform certain task because of the shortcuts they chose to take and now they’re refusing me service.
