They were friendly; didn't catch the guys name who helped my need, but they are informative and helpful. Not trying to take your money just because they want the best for you, your needs, and your pockets.

Brought in my device for trackpad replacement and battery service. The team members are friendly and knowledgeable. As a previous IT service deck assistant, I can tell that they work for the best interest of their customers. The store has been sitting in downtown Decatur for at least a decade and I guess there is a reason why they have been here for this long! Highly recommend! Next time I would come here before a Genius Bar for service and repairs!

This place is totally useless. Let me make an appointment to bring in my ipad only to tell me once I’ve arrived that they won’t fix it because I don’t have apple care and that I just need to buy a new one. Total waste of an hour
