Excellent service! I came in because my iPad stopped charging. Eric quickly identified and removed a small piece of plastic or something in the port. That seemed to be the issue but to confirm they let me hang out while it charged enough to make sure it would turn on. It took less than 5 minutes to identify and fix the problem and they didn't charge me for it. Couldn't be happier with my service. I will definitely be going back for any issues I have in future!

Wow! Onxy does it again! My phone wouldn't charge and the young man (I wish I could find his card with his name!) fixed it in 5 minutes. They've repaired 3 phones for us as well as 2 laptops. Even more, as I waited today, I heard him carefully explain to a customer about her dead hard drive and we talked about the importance of an external backup. He may have saved me a lot of agony on the future. Thank you, Onyx!
