This place is totally useless. Let me make an appointment to bring in my ipad only to tell me once I’ve arrived that they won’t fix it because I don’t have apple care and that I just need to buy a new one. Total waste of an hour
My partner took her computer here because of the google reviews and had a horrible experience. Onyx had her computer for a screen replacement (no other issues upon dropping it off) for more than three weeks. They called while working on it to ask for her password to run diagnostics after replacing the screen. Then somehow, the screen stopped working.
