If you have Apple care, just go to the Apple Store. Onyx asked no questions about the condition of my MacBook. I told them it doesn’t load and he replied “you’ll have to leave it for a week”. Took it to the Apple Store, in and out in 40 minutes. Very thorough every step of the way. Skip this place, seriously.
I love Onyx. I've been coming to them for years. As a small business it is like having my own tech team available. I was in there last month and met Eric. He's terrific. He diagnosed my problem fixed it and even helped fix some of my I-phone settings. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Long drive for me coming from Douglasville, but I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you Eric!!!! PS: If you're a customer, Audry II is doing very well in the new location.
I was lost trying to update my macbook...long story short eric is the goat
Eric is the man! My MSI gaming laptop wouldn't boot into Windows after a power loss. It kept throwing a Secure Boot violation. I'd already spent hours in BIOS trying to fix it myself with no luck. Brought it to Onyx, Eric knew exactly what was going on, had it repaired and back in my hands the next day with all my files intact. Fair price, straightforward, and zero pressure to do anything I didn't need. This is the kind of repair shop you hope you find before something goes wrong. Highly recommend.
