Wow! Onxy does it again! My phone wouldn't charge and the young man (I wish I could find his card with his name!) fixed it in 5 minutes. They've repaired 3 phones for us as well as 2 laptops. Even more, as I waited today, I heard him carefully explain to a customer about her dead hard drive and we talked about the importance of an external backup. He may have saved me a lot of agony on the future. Thank you, Onyx!
I brought in my iPhone 17E and the charging port was not functioning. They did a good clean job and I was back out the door. Quick service and very helpful staff. I will recommend to others.
If you have Apple care, just go to the Apple Store. Onyx asked no questions about the condition of my MacBook. I told them it doesn’t load and he replied “you’ll have to leave it for a week”. Took it to the Apple Store, in and out in 40 minutes. Very thorough every step of the way. Skip this place, seriously.
I love Onyx. I've been coming to them for years. As a small business it is like having my own tech team available. I was in there last month and met Eric. He's terrific. He diagnosed my problem fixed it and even helped fix some of my I-phone settings. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Long drive for me coming from Douglasville, but I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you Eric!!!! PS: If you're a customer, Audry II is doing very well in the new location.
