I was a patient in a clinical trial by Onyx back in January of this year. Communication was always sparse, which was not a huge deal at the time, however, now I feel this is indicative of larger problems. In April, I received a bill from the pathology lab they sent my specimen to. When I reached out to Onyx, they assured me it would be taken care of. One month later, the bill came again. The care and level of professionalism is so incredibly high and I feel privileged to have the support in managing my health issue through clinical trials. The team is great especially Ana and the care and communication and support from Neha is so incredible and professional and sincerely caring.
