Great place to workout
Brad Bertoch is an excellent personal trainer. This gym has lots of great equipment and a nice family atmosphere. I am 50 years old and have hit 8 new lifetime personal bests this year (more weight than college) with his help.
I love this gym, I stopped using my headphones because I love their playlists, I have to add, the place is always clean. Worth every penny.
Great local gym. While it is smaller, it has all the necessary equipment you need for body building and weight training. Also, the vibes in this gym are the best that I've found, very good and welcoming community.
