They seem nice at first . And even ask for a good review during move in . But they never answer question. I sent multiple email asking about utilities and they never wrote back until it was late. I have screen shots of that and photos of all the people they rent for Airbnb. Unfortunately this could have been avoided if they answered their tenants . I
Highly Recommend Onyx Apartments – Great Team! Although I ultimately decided not to rent, I had an excellent experience working with Marcela and Steven. W at Onyx DTLA Apartments. Marcela was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to respond to my questions. She made me feel comfortable asking any question and she listened to my needs. Steven.
