I went to Onward following a calf injury during marathon training. I was terrified that I had injured my achilles and would have to stop training, but I saw Dr. Doug Manning who explained to me that I had actually injured my soleus. I did not even know what a soleus was, and he explained everything to me and helped me get back to running QUICK.
