Trevor at Onward PT is phenomenal and has helped my hip pain tremendously! Couldn’t recommend more!
Years of CrossFit and Olympic Lifting has led my body to being prone to some nagging injuries. But seeing Trevor at Onward PT in Simpsonville has been such a blessing. He makes you feel like you're his only client, he listens, and is so invested in your wellbeing and recovery. It's hard to find people that truly care about the health of others. Trevor is the man! He really knows what he’s doing. I was skeptical at first but in just one session we were able to relieve a lot of my knee pain making me a believer! Definitely recommend him!
Look. Everyone has “their person” for PT and the sort, but what I like about Onward and Trev is that they are so incredibly thorough in their assessing. Which makes their advice that much more effective. As a CrossFit coach I enjoy being able to share what exercises I get from onward and then point my members back to onward for the true, in-depth assessment. Hands down, incredible service and expertise.
Dr. Trevor is the best! Not only does he treat what’s hurting, but he takes the time to figure out WHY it hurts, and helps create a plan to get rid of the pain.
