Trevor is the man! He really knows what he’s doing. I was skeptical at first but in just one session we were able to relieve a lot of my knee pain making me a believer! Definitely recommend him!
Look. Everyone has “their person” for PT and the sort, but what I like about Onward and Trev is that they are so incredibly thorough in their assessing. Which makes their advice that much more effective. As a CrossFit coach I enjoy being able to share what exercises I get from onward and then point my members back to onward for the true, in-depth assessment. Hands down, incredible service and expertise.
Dr. Trevor is the best! Not only does he treat what’s hurting, but he takes the time to figure out WHY it hurts, and helps create a plan to get rid of the pain.
Trevor has worked with me for the past 6 months on making sure my body is working to it's most optimal function. From shoulder rehab and strengthening, to lower back and knee recovery. His knowledge of how movements we use in weightlifting and CrossFit establishes such a trust that I know I'm in good hands and am getting the best treatment. Highly recommend, and will continue body work and recover with Onward and Trevor!
I can't recommend Onward Physical Therapy enough! I came to Trevor a few months ago because I was experiencing hip pain after running just one mile.
