Shipping guy Sam was incredibly rude, hit me with an "mhm" when I said thank you and with an attitude told me "receiving is at the other side" when your front door says go to door 11 and door 11 says both shipping and receiving.
Worst hardware company ever! Bought their "stop and oral sleeve" marketed by Ace Hardware to make a security wire. There were no manual in the package but there was a QR code so I thought it would go to a video with instructions. But no, it just goes to their spammy website where they want you to buy more of the same. No instructions anywhere! No wonder, it is completely impossible to fit to the wire (unless possibly with special tooling, but why then do they sell it at Ace Hardware where ordinary hobbyists shop)? I have bou... read more
