The work was done on time. Friendly crew. competitive price. I would definitely hire Ontree services again in the future. They have this nifty crane that can get into tight spaces, such as trees that are in the back yard accessible only thru small gates, etc.

In April I contacted them because I have a tree I need to have removed. I wanted an Arborist report because the city requires one to remove a tree. They gave me an estimate for the tree removal that included the cost of the Arborist report near the bottom (even though it is the first step that must be taken). I paid to have the Arborist report done in July. They still have not provided an Arborist report, just many excuses for the delays.

I have been a customer of Jodie's since 1998 (previously called Ontario Tree Experts) and they have taken very good care of a silver maple in my back garden which is close to two hundred years old. It has gone from being in poor condition to fair to good condition even in this climate. It is so important to take care of the trees, canopy of our city and Jodie and Ontree shares my love for this tree.

First impressions.. very professional and knowledgeable. Comparing 3 quotes apples to apples, pun intended, they were the most reasonable. The cutting and trimming of trees will begin end of January due to permits. Will update when the job is complete.
