OnTome is the most ironic name ever!!! A 5:30 pickup from the hospital means “between 5:30 and never”, usually never. I’m sitting here at 9:20 am waiting for them to pickup a pt that was supposed to be picked up last night at 5:30. Eventually they just dropped the whole order. And this is the third time in 3 months this has happened! Regional Medical needs to change this contract ASAP!!!!!!!
Either they are early, ontime, or dont show up at all. Ive had to cancel many appointments including dialysis due to transportation falling through for various reasons. Too unreliable for me Not enough trucks or truck broken down
