Cameron was the service man along with a young lady, I know her name but not sure how to spell. There was a very good trust factor with Ontime techs. Repair was made. They were very professional. Will let Ontime do more work in the future.
OnTime Service lived up to their name. From the Office to the Techs, including the Sales Rep, they were very informative throughout the process of installing my new AC System. Before the scheduled install, they offered window units and other assistance to keep us comfortable at home. They were all so polite and followed up on each step.
