Connor Henderson with OnTech was great to work with, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to help me confirm that my RV site has too many trees and saved me a lot of time and headache with the process. He helped me confirm that I was going through the return process correctly and ensured that I was happy with his service. I would definitely have him do a future installment of starlink for me when the time comes.
I had a time scheduled for them to come out and install my wifi. They did not show up or call or email me. When I called the next day they said they could reschedule but it would be another week out. Ridiculous that I am not at fault for them not showing up and have to wait again for them to do their assigned job
Not nearly enough bad things to say!!! Took them a week and a half to get on the schedule and then he comes out and doesn’t have the parts and ends up getting fired during the appointment.
They installed a few devices and said they cannot install more. Doesn’t make sense. Plus, they installed old version of the devices. Nope. 👎
Honesty here: Had a rough start with this one. However, they corrected the mistake and made good on their promises. Their field techs are superb. They are reliable and have access to a wide array of solutions.
