Hired to install a TV mount and they weren't able to get it done. First attempt, the TV fell off the wall and it took more than a week to get them back to fix it. Then the only solution they could offer was to use the same method to reattach it the second time. I decided that wasn't going to work and it was likely to just fall off again. The thing that disappointed me the most was they made no attempt to refund my very large fee. So, not only couldn't do the job, their customer service was non-existent.
Helpful, professional, and flexible!!! I would recommend them to others that are interested to get their smart home products installed!!!
The tech that came to my home was awesome. Friendly, timely, completed the install and training in no time at all. I really was impressed with the service.
The service agent identified the problem (which was app-related - an incorrect installation instruction from Google) and he fixed it within ten minutes of arriving. He was experienced, efficient, effective, and very courteous. Fantastic job!
