I don’t know where to start, but the staff was just so accommodating!! We had a pretty chaotic day, and they were there to work with us through it all. A lot of interactions nowadays with businesses are very transactional, but they genuinely care about your experience here. Of course businesses have fees and pricing for services, but their prices are VERY affordable and you can tell that they don’t just care about the money. We opted for a mobile officiant service & the team was wonderful with guiding us through the process seamlessly. They answered all our questions (and we had PLENTY) and allowed us to include a more custom unity ceremony. The onsite location is beautiful as well for anyone considering a wedding or family reunion/ party!
This place was horrible. They have poor communication. When my grandmother couldn’t show up at the last minute they refused to change their script to say aunt instead of grand mother for the people walking out with me and my bride, we told the chapel we did not want anyone recording video or taking photographs during the service and the chapel stated they would actively enforce this during the service, but on the day of the event they did not do that, the chaplain couldn’t remember my wife’s name, the chaplain didn’t know my... read more
