At my visit in July of 2024 I was informed that this location is 'not really a prompt care clinic'. I would recommend calling the clinic or Ontario Shores first to verify what is and IS NOT offered at the clinic before visiting. I was provided neither care nor prompt referral (other than the usual redirection back to hospital emergency) on my visit to try to help a friend. An update to the website would save some tension and disappointment for future people in need.

In my experience, it was a waste of my 1.5 hours. I thought I would be meeting with a Psychiatrist. I did meet with him, but only for 5-10 minutes. It was a short visit. 1 hr and 10 minutes was spent with a Nurse Practitioner. It seemed like the Psychiatrist's time was too important to meet with me. He didn't want to hear what I had to say. He was too dismissive in his assessment. I would recommend another clinic. Ps.
