Am currently here, am also currently having a panic attack over my water bottle being taken away adter an accidental mess I made with it and the floor becoming wet. I am trying to assure myself as I dread over being made to drink from paper water cups over the security of having a water bottle. I have been on a waitlist for three years now. It took me a year to get a consultation. I’ve been calling every month for past year because I’ve been eager to get in as I’ve been struggling but I was told that because I’m struggling but still functioning I’m not top priority. I was told in June that it would be couple more months. Then when I called in August I was told the wait list could be another two years. No stars! People are counting on a safe, comfortable environment and from what I see and hear it’s nothing like that!people are going in here to get help and instead they’d rather kill themselves to get away from you! Shame on you people! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Something needs to be done to change that…….I can’t believe the reviews of peoples experiences from being in this place! Truly awful! .I didn’t want to give even a single star but that’s the only way I could post this review.
